Jerry R. Brocki has spent nearly four decades in the commercial security industry — starting in the field and rising to build and lead security integration businesses that designed, sold, and installed access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems for some of the most demanding environments in the country.

Across those years, Jerry saw the same pattern repeat: owners and organizations making major security investments with no one squarely in their corner. Integrators proposed the systems they sold. Product vendors shaped requirements around their catalogs. Projects grew more complex, and clients had fewer independent places to turn for straight answers.

That experience became the blueprint for Next Level Integration Group. Jerry founded NLI Group to put decades of hands-on integration expertise on the client's side of the table — defining requirements, designing systems, evaluating technology, and reviewing vendor proposals without selling equipment or favoring installers.

The result is a practice built specifically for commercial clients: independent, objective, and grounded in the operational realities of real projects — from hospitals and universities to corporate campuses, data centers, and critical infrastructure.
